Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 1 package Ladyfingers

Instructions 

  1. Whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of matcha powder in hot water to make matcha tea.
  5. Dip ladyfingers in matcha tea and layer them in a baking dish.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat the layers and finish with a dusting of matcha powder on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
