Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in matcha powder and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour filling over the crust in the baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Refrigerate before serving.
