Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Mix in matcha powder and heavy cream until well combined.
  6. Pour filling over crust.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until center is set.
  8. Cool completely before removing from pan and serving.
