- 2 pounds Potatoes peeled and cubed
- ½ cup Milk warmed
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain potatoes and return to pot.
3. Mash potatoes with a potato masher.
4. Stir in warm milk and melted butter.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
