Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup corn frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup green beans cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the onions, celery, and carrots until they begin to soften.
  2. 2. Add the potatoes, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the crab meat, corn, green beans, and Old Bay seasoning. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
