Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Filling

  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add flour and mix until combined. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and press into mini muffin tin to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix together brown sugar, walnuts, melted butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and beaten eggs. Spoon filling into each crust.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until filling is set. Let cool before removing from the tin.
