- 4 Pears halved and cored
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup Chopped nuts optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Spoon the mixture over the pears.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the pears are tender.
Optional: Sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
