Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 slices Green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the maple sesame mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
