- 1 large Butternut Squash peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the squash evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the squash is tender and caramelized.
