Filling
- 2 cups Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Maple syrup
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 Large eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, heavy cream, beaten eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the pie cool completely before serving.
