Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Place pork in a baking dish and pour the maple mixture over it.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
