Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin about 1 pound
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  4. Place pork in a baking dish and pour the maple mixture over it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
