  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. 3. Sear pork chops in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  5. 5. Pour the maple mixture over the pork chops and reduce heat to medium. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. 6. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
