Maple Pecan Tiramisu
A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu with the rich flavors of maple and pecan.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese and maple syrup until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee and arrange a layer in the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and sprinkle with half of the chopped pecans.
Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and pecans.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
