Ingredients

  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Pecans chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, heat the maple syrup over medium heat until it reduces by half. Let it cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and cooled maple syrup.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. 4. In the last 5 minutes of churning, add the chopped pecans.
  5. 5. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
