Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Pecans chopped
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and chopped pecans.
  3. In another bowl, mix the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
