Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
Pour maple-mustard mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
