Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
Remove from oven and let cool. Top with chopped pecans and drizzle with maple syrup.
