Ingredients 

Cheesecake

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 3 packages Cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in maple syrup. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
  6. Top with chopped pecans before serving.
