Maple Pecan Cheesecake

Cheesecake
- 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 3 packages Cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 Eggs
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in maple syrup. Pour over crust.
Bake for 60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
Top with chopped pecans before serving.
