  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Sear pork chops in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
  5. 5. Pour the maple-Dijon mixture over the pork chops and reduce heat to medium. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork chops are cooked through.
