Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups Sugar
  • 0.5 cups Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
