Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried sage
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
