  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon optional

Instructions 

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add oats and salt, reduce heat to a simmer.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes until creamy.
  6. Serve hot.
