Ingredients 

For the Shrimp

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

For the Mango Salsa

  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 Red onion, diced
  • 1 Jalapeno, minced
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 8 Tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. 3. In another bowl, combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well.
  4. 4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with mango salsa.
