Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango puree fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin unflavored
  • ¼ cup Water for blooming gelatin

Instructions 

  1. Bloom the gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the milk mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add mango puree and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
