Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mangoes, peeled and sliced Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 package Pie crust Pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mangoes, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  3. Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Pour the mango mixture into the crust.
  4. Cover with the top crust, seal the edges, and cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
