Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine mangoes, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Pour the mango mixture into the crust.
Cover with the top crust, seal the edges, and cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
