Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mango Puree
- 1 cup Heavy Cream chilled
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Gelatin optional
1. In a blender, combine mango puree and sugar. Blend until smooth.
2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream until well combined.
4. If using gelatin, dissolve it in a small amount of warm water and mix into the mousse.
5. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
