Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango Puree
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream chilled
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Gelatin optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine mango puree and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3. Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. 4. If using gelatin, dissolve it in a small amount of warm water and mix into the mousse.
  5. 5. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
