Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 2 cups Mango Puree
  • ½ cup Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together mango puree, lime juice, sugar, eggs, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  6. Let the tart cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
