  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 cup Crushed graham crackers
  • 0.5 cup Shredded coconut toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut cream and whipped cream. Whisk until smooth.
  2. 2. In serving glasses, layer crushed graham crackers, diced mango, and the cream mixture.
  3. 3. Repeat layers until glasses are filled.
  4. 4. Top with toasted shredded coconut.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
