Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
- 1 cup Mango Puree
1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
2. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and whisk until completely dissolved.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in the mango puree.
4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
5. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh mango slices.
