  • ½ cup Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk and chia seeds.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup if using, and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir the pudding and top with diced mango.
