Mango Coconut Chia Pudding

- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ½ cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Mango, diced
- 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup optional
In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk and chia seeds.
Add honey or maple syrup if using, and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir the pudding and top with diced mango.
