Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add bell peppers and garlic, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in mango, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in lime juice and cilantro. Serve hot.
