Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers and garlic, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in mango, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in lime juice and cilantro. Serve hot.
