Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 units eggs
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a baking pan to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, mango puree, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  5. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
