- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 ripe mango diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 lime lime juiced

- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine black beans, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
