  • 3 Egg yolks
  • ½ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Pie Crust

  • 1 Graham cracker crust store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the lemon juice, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Allow the pie to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
