- 2 lbs Lobster cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the lobster and cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring constantly.
4. Add the paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot with crusty bread.
