Lobster Pretzel Melts Recipe
A delicious and unique twist on the classic lobster roll, served on a pretzel bun.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked lobster meat chopped
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
- 4 Pretzel buns split
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and chives. Mix well.
Place the pretzel bun halves on a baking sheet. Top each half with a slice of cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top each bun half with the lobster mixture. Serve immediately.
