Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked lobster meat chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • 4 Pretzel buns split
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and chives. Mix well.
  3. Place the pretzel bun halves on a baking sheet. Top each half with a slice of cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and top each bun half with the lobster mixture. Serve immediately.
