Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lobster Meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic until soft.
  2. 2. Add the tomato paste and paprika, cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Blend the mixture until smooth, then strain back into the pot.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and lobster meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Simmer for another 10 minutes, then serve hot.
