Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, snap peas, and carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the pan. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well-coated and heated through.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
