Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can green frosting
  • 12 chocolate wafer cookies
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 tube black decorating gel
  • 1 tube yellow decorating gel

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions and bake cupcakes.
  3. Let cupcakes cool completely.
  4. Frost cupcakes with green frosting.
  5. Place a chocolate wafer cookie on top of each cupcake.
  6. Dab a bit of frosting on top of each cookie and place a marshmallow on top.
  7. Use black decorating gel to draw a hatband around the marshmallow.
  8. Use yellow decorating gel to draw a buckle on the hatband.
