Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Red lentils soaked for 2 hours
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain the soaked lentils and add them to a blender.
  2. 2. Add water, salt, and cumin seeds to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
