Instructions
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
3. In a food processor, combine cooked lentils, mushroom mixture, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, cumin, and paprika. Pulse until well combined.
4. Form the mixture into small patties.
5. In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed and cook patties over medium heat until browned on both sides.
6. Serve on slider buns with your favorite toppings.
