Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked and drained
  • 1 cup Mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. 2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
  3. 3. In a food processor, combine cooked lentils, mushroom mixture, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, cumin, and paprika. Pulse until well combined.
  4. 4. Form the mixture into small patties.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed and cook patties over medium heat until browned on both sides.
  6. 6. Serve on slider buns with your favorite toppings.
