Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest finely grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Let it cool.
  2. 2. Mix the cooled syrup with lemon juice and lemon zest.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour or until firm.
