- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest finely grated
1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Let it cool.
2. Mix the cooled syrup with lemon juice and lemon zest.
3. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour or until firm.
