Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped parsley to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
