Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • ½ cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Whipped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
