Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Cod about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon herb mixture over them.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
