Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 medium Zucchini spiralized
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 whole Lemon juiced and zested

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spiralize the zucchini and set aside.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. 5. Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
  6. 6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet. Pour lemon juice and zest over the top and toss everything together.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
