  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pc Lemon Juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon herb mixture over them, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
