Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 whole Lemon sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  3. 3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add asparagus and lemon slices to the skillet, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  7. 7. Return chicken to the skillet and heat through for another 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
