Lemon Herb Chicken Asparagus Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 whole Lemon sliced
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Add asparagus and lemon slices to the skillet, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
7. Return chicken to the skillet and heat through for another 2 minutes.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
