- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
