  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ cup Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine rolled oats, shredded coconut, and protein powder. Pulse until finely ground.
  2. 2. Add honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and melted coconut oil. Pulse until the mixture comes together.
  3. 3. Roll the mixture into 12 balls and place them on a plate or baking sheet.
  4. 4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
